Refund policy
Order Processing
All orders are made to order and undergo quality inspection before shipment.
Standard Processing
Please allow up to 2 weeks (14 calendar days) for processing before your order ships.
Expedited Processing (+$50)
Please allow up to 1 week (7 calendar days) for processing before shipment.
Expedited Processing includes:
• Priority handling
• Priority fulfillment
• Upgraded shipping service
If you have a specific need-by date, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Shipping Methods
Shipping begins after processing is complete.
Standard Shipping ($10)
• UPS Ground or USPS
• Estimated transit time: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• Estimated transit time: 2 business days
Overnight Shipping
• UPS Next Day Air
• Available when necessary to meet approved delivery requests
Shipping transit times do not include processing time.
Carrier Delays
Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Weather
• Carrier disruptions
• High shipping volume
• Routing issues
We will gladly assist with carrier investigations when needed.
Cancellation Policy
Within 72 Hours of Purchase
Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 72 Hours
Orders canceled after 72 hours but before shipment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Orders That Have Shipped
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Delayed Orders
If your order exceeds our stated processing window and has not shipped, please contact us.
Our team will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
This may include:
• Expedited fulfillment
• Store credit
• Refund consideration
Resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for unwanted items, used items, or items that have been altered.
Returns are only accepted when:
• The incorrect item was received
• The item arrived damaged
• A verified manufacturing defect exists
To qualify:
• Item must be unused
• Item must remain in original packaging
• Claim must be submitted within 3 days of delivery
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should:
• Check with neighbors
• Check with building management
• Contact the carrier
We are happy to assist with carrier claims when possible.
